Leadership Journal

1.  Who is a leader in your life, whom you respect?  What characters traits make you think of them as a leader?

2.  Did you have a chance to ask your "leader" what traits they think are important for leadership? (this was assigned last class period) If not, feel free to send them an email after you finish this journal...

3.  Who do you think of as leaders in the middle school? Is it always the people who are "assigned" as leaders by teachers?  Why or why not?

4.  Is this statement true?  "You may be popular if you are respected...but, you will never be respected if you are only trying to be popular..."

5. Think of different non-profits or volunteer locations in Wichita.  Where could we go, to learn more about the organization, or to even volunteer?
