1. After reviewing the Bullying videos, what are your thoughts? Is that realistic? What do you think is true or not true?
2. Based on our in-class discussion, it seems like certain people get away with being rude, more than others. You said it often depends on how athletic they are, or popular/ powerful they are. What do you think could change this for your grade and your school?
3. Think of a time you wish someone would have stood up for you, because you were getting picked on. Describe that.
4. Why do you think it is hard for bystanders to speak up? What is getting in the way of them doing what they know is right, and that maybe they want to do?
5. Now, tell yourself 3 reasons why and how you will speak up or defend someone who is undeservingly getting picked on, talked about, or treated poorly. Consider your personality (how bold or quiet you are). Choose a method that you could actually follow through on.
