Respect and Radio

In viewing "Radio", we come to love the character and respect him as an individual. RESPECT is often knowing what NOT to say, in addition to knowing what TO say. What are some ways our language can give Respect to a special needs person? What would we NOT say or do? What about in our day-to-day conversations? Do you ever put someone down because they believe something different than you?
