Here’s the ideas you came up with.

Now can you take the challenge?

Give money to someone at the vending machine

Give up your seat!  (Mrs. Brake is thinking about the couch in the classroom…*cough*cough*)

Sit by someone different at lunch, maybe someone by themselves

Buy a snack for someone

Pick up trash around campus or in the classroom

Offer to help an elderly person, maybe a neighbor or someone at the store

Help unload groceries for people

Free HUGS!

Do yardwork for a neighbor…for free!

Give compliments—sincerely

Hold the door for someone

Lend a pencil or pen, OR just give it to them (if you have an extra)

Donate your old clothes

If you notice someone is not having a good day, even if they are not a close friend, go out of your way to show you care.
